WALK-IN PURCHASE

 

1. Customers are welcomed to walk-in purchase at our shop in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya.

 

2. Please note that starting 1 June 2024, we no longer provide direct discounted price for walk-in purchase.

 

3. If you plan to order a larger quantity, it would be ideal to message us in advance to ensure we can allocate sufficient stock for your order. This is because we make all products in small batches to ensure its freshnes,s so not all product variant or stock quantities may be available at all times.

 

 

SHOP PICK UP BY GRAB / LALAMOVE, etc

 

1. You can also self arrange third party delivery service operators such as Grab/Lalamove to pick up from our shop and make delivery to you.

 

2. There is no minimum order requirement.

 

3. You can whatsapp us directly (Yen: 012-2191135, Tea: 012-3863082) to place your order.

 

4. Please remember to inform us accordingly in advance, so we can pre-pack the yogurt, especially cups & tubs in appropriate packing material to protect the yogurt for delivery.

 

5. We recommend to choose car delivery instead of motorbike delivery for orders that contain cups / tubs products, to ensure better handling and delivery conditions for these products. Yogurt is a sensitive product and careless & rough handling and bumpy ride during delivery may cause product quality defects including eg. broken cups, whey separation on yogurt etc.
